Ms Chipo Mandela is the Managing Director for@Liam Collection, a bespoke, luxury hospitality brand that she is a branchild and founder. The brand has presence in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Mrs Mandela is was a Managing Director for Cresta Hotels (Private) Limited, a leading Southern
African hospitality group for 27 years until her departure in May 2024.
Chipo is a Chartered Certified Accountant and also holds an MBA. She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Administration and Commerce in Zimbabwe. In addition, she is also a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors South Africa.
Ms Mandela is an astute leader and Entrepreneur of note. Her 25-plus years’ career experience is testament to that. She has worked in several countries including Zimbabwe, South Africa, Botswana, Malawi and Zambia. Ms Mandela’s focus is to position @Liam Collection as a premium luxury and personalized brand and preferred premium accommodation of choice in all countries that it operates in. Ms Mandela sits on several boards, including the Tourism Business Council of Zimbabwe, Public Accountants and Auditors Board Zimbabwe, for which she chairs the Audit Committee,
People Committee and the Institute of Administration and Commerce Zimbabwe Chapter. She is also a Trustee of Lomagundi Group of Schools. In her spare time, Ms Mandela is an avid reader of business and leadership books and is keen to explore the game of golf.
