Godfrey Mushandu is the CEO of GMT Networks Ltd which owns health and social care consultancy companies Care Quality Support and Ultra Healthcare and International Freight Forwarding company Cargo-Worldlink. He is also the Chairman of the Health and Social Care Provider’s Network, a membership organisation supporting healthcare providers in UK. He is Passionate about driving organisational growth,identifying and developing opportunities for business expansion. Supporting services in the preparation of performance reports and ensuring regulatory requirements (CQC and Ofsted) are met by services.Providing organisational strategic leadership.Experienced in leading and managing staff teams to achieve excellent outcomes. Special interest in Strategic Leadership and Management within the Healthcare and Freight sectors in UK. Godfrey is an avid writer with numerous articles on Health and Social Care Leadership and Management and a public speaker.
He is a holder of degree in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and a Crop Scientist. He is a former CQC Registered Manager and Ofsted Registered Responsible Individual. He is a Board member and Chairman of Maranatha Assemblies of God International- church -UK. (www.maranathaassemblies.org) and GM Foundation (www.gmfoundation.co.zw), an education foundation that supports primary school orphaned children in Zimbabwe.
