He is also director and founder of EngagePro Global Limited, organisers of ZimPowerment and also serves as director of 3 other organisations; Havenbrook Limited, Veldberry Limited and at The Alpha Group where is he is the regional director for Buckinghamshire and Southern Africa. With hands-on experience in public, corporate, and strategic organisational situations, Kennedy is also a public and motivational speaker, as well as a facilitator.
